# Billing & Receipts

## Getting a Receipt for Your Top-Up

The platform uses **Stripe** for all online payments. After each successful top-up, Stripe automatically sends an email receipt to your registered email address.

## Downloading Past Receipts

Go to **Dashboard → Billing** to view your full top-up history and download receipts.

## Requesting a Formal Invoice

If your organization requires a formal invoice, please contact us:

* Email: [support@ephone.ai](mailto:support@ephone.ai)
* Include your company name, tax ID (VAT/EIN), and the amount to be invoiced

We'll process your request within 3 business days.
