# User Levels

> Understand ePhone AI's user level system and the differences between tiers.

## Overview

The platform has two user tiers:

| Tier       | How to get it                          | Rate Limit |
| ---------- | -------------------------------------- | ---------- |
| **Tier 1** | Default after registration             | 5 RPM      |
| **Tier 2** | Upgrade automatically after any top-up | No limit   |

## Tier 1

All new accounts start at Tier 1.

Tier 1 is subject to a rate limit of **5 RPM** (5 requests per minute), suitable for light testing and exploration.

## Tier 2

After making **any top-up** to your account, you are automatically upgraded to Tier 2 with no rate limit.

The upgrade takes effect immediately — no manual request needed.

## Check Your Current Tier

Log in and go to **Dashboard → Profile Settings** to view your current tier.
