Billing Currency

The platform bills in USD, aligned with the official pricing of each model provider.

Billing Methods

Three billing modes are supported, applied automatically based on model type:

Provider Multipliers & Discounts

Each provider has its own price multiplier. The final price you pay equals the model’s base price × the provider multiplier. Users at higher levels may receive additional discounts. See the User Levels page for details.

Payment & Top-Up

  • Online top-up via Stripe (credit and debit cards)
  • For enterprise billing arrangements or large top-ups, please contact us

Balance Alerts

We recommend setting up a balance alert to prevent service interruptions: Go to Dashboard → Profile Settings → Subscription Management and set an alert threshold. When your balance drops below the threshold, we’ll notify you by email or in-app message.

High-Volume Plans

If you need higher concurrency limits or dedicated pricing, contact us to discuss a custom arrangement.

Refund Policy

To request a refund, please contact support. Please note:
  • If a refund causes your account level to drop, the overage benefit amount will be deducted accordingly
  • A processing fee of up to 5% applies
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method
