Why Verification May Be Required

Certain features (such as withdrawals or enterprise partnership applications) may require identity verification. Verification helps protect your account and funds and ensures compliance with applicable regulations.

Supported Documents

The platform currently accepts the following document types:
  • Passport: Upload a photo of the data page of a valid passport, along with your name and passport number
  • Government-issued ID: A valid government-issued identity card from any country

Verification Process

  1. Go to Dashboard → Profile Settings → Identity Verification
  2. Select your document type and upload a photo
  3. Enter your name and document number
  4. Submit and await review — typically completed within 1 business day
