2. What are the differences between personal real-name and corporate real-name authentication?
- Affects account ownership.
- The account that completes the enterprise’s real-name authentication belongs to the enterprise.
- Accounts that complete personal real-name authentication belong to individuals.
- Invoicing information that affects the account.
Enterprise certification can issue special VAT invoices and ordinary VAT invoices on the enterprise’s header.
Personal certification can only issue ordinary VAT invoices with personal headers.

Real-name authentication information is very important to the security of your account and funds. Please conduct real-name authentication according to the actual situation.
For the security of your account, enterprise users do not need to perform personal real-name authentication.
The current account is only allowed to be bound to one authentication subject.
The types of personal authentication supporting documents are as follows:
- ID card
- Mainland Travel Permit to Hong Kong and Macao (Home Return Permit)
- Taiwan Mainland Travel Permit (Taiwan Compatriot Permit)
- Residence permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents
- Taiwan Resident License
- Permanent residence permit for foreigners
Users who do not have the above certificates do not support online personal authentication for the time being. They can communicate with the staff by submitting a form.
4. How to conduct enterprise certification?
- On the real-name authentication page, select the authentication type as “Enterprise real-name authentication”:
- Upload business license
- The legal person uses the mobile Alipay App to scan the QR code, and after scanning, follow the prompts on the mobile phone to complete the face authentication. If the verification is successful, the authentication is completed.
