Balance warning

To prevent your business from being affected by insufficient account balance, we recommend that you enable the balance warning function. You can go to Dashboard -> Personal Settings -> Subscription Management, set the balance warning amount. When the account balance is lower than the warning value, the platform will notify you by email, text message, site message, etc. Please check it carefully and recharge in time.

About refunds

If the user needs a refund, please contact customer service in time. Note:
  • If the user loses level after refund, the amount exceeding the rights will be deducted.
  • If the user has already issued a ticket, there is no refund
  • When making a refund, a handling fee of up to 5% will be deducted
  • Under normal circumstances, refunds will be returned to the account where the recharge was made.
